When building a report in FRx Analytics or Report Manager, start with paper first.
Design the report in very basic terms, what do you want to see, who is going to use it and how are they going to use it.
If you create while building in the Analytics application, it'll take you MUCH longer.
It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Here is one I used recently....
